Refund Policy

1. Digital Downloads All sales of digital products (including clip art, printables, and Ultimate Guides) are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase. Please review product descriptions and previews carefully before buying.
Why?
Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned."
You retain full access to the files after download.
2. Print-on-Demand Products We do not accept refunds or returns for print-on-demand items (e.g., mugs, t-shirts, hoodies) unless there is a manufacturer defect (e.g., misprinted design, damaged product). If you receive a defective item:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue (replacement or store credit, if applicable).
Why?
Print-on-demand products are made to order and cannot be resold.
Quality is ensured by our trusted partners, but errors can occur during production/shipping.
3. Exceptions Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Technical Issues: If you cannot access your digital download due to a verified error on our end (e.g., broken link).
Manufacturer Errors: For print-on-demand products with provable defects.
How to Request Help: Email us at info@whimsyandwild.net with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll respond within 3 business days.
4. Your Responsibility
Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements to open/download files (e.g., ZIP extraction software, PDF reader).
Verify sizing/designs for print-on-demand items using the provided mockups.
5. Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to update this policy. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
