What kind of products do you sell?
We create **digital clip art packs, coloring pages, and print-on-demand products** featuring kawaii, anime, and whimsical designs. Our clip art files are instant digital downloads — no physical item is shipped. Our print-on-demand products (t-shirts, mugs, tote bags) are printed and shipped by our production partner.

 What file format will I receive?
All clip art packs come as **high-resolution PNG files at 300 DPI with transparent backgrounds**. This means the background is already removed — your designs are ready to drop straight into Canva, Photoshop, Procreate, or any design software without any extra editing.

Can I use these designs commercially?
Yes! **Every clip art pack includes a commercial license.** You can use the designs to create products you sell — t-shirts, mugs, stickers, tumblers, greeting cards, invitations, and more. You may not resell the original digital files as-is or claim the artwork as your own.

 What does "commercial license" mean exactly?
A commercial license means you can use the clip art to **create and sell physical or digital products** — think Etsy shops, print-on-demand stores, craft fairs, and small businesses. What you *cannot* do is sell or give away the original PNG files themselves, use them in designs that are mass-produced for major retail chains, or claim you created the original artwork.

 How do I download my files after purchasing?
After your purchase on Etsy, you'll receive an automatic download link. Your pack also includes an **Ultimate Guide PDF** with a direct Google Drive download link — no account required. If you have any trouble accessing your files, contact us and we'll sort it out right away.

Do I need special software to use the clip art?
Nope! Our PNG files work with **any design software** — Canva (free!), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, PicMonkey, and more. Because the backgrounds are already transparent, even free tools like Canva work perfectly.

Can I use these designs on print-on-demand platforms like Printify or Printful?
Absolutely — that's one of the most popular ways our customers use them! The commercial license covers print-on-demand products. Just upload the PNG to your platform of choice, create your product, and you're good to go.

Are these AI-generated designs?
Yes, our designs are created using AI image generation tools, then refined, curated, and prepared for commercial use by our team. Every image is reviewed for quality before it's included in a pack. We believe AI is a powerful creative tool, and we're proud to be at the forefront of this exciting new space in digital design.

Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are **instant digital downloads**, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if there is a problem with your order, missing files, corrupted download, or anything unexpected, please reach out to us at info@WhimsyAndWild.net and we will make it right. For print-on-demand products (t-shirts, mugs, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is a defect or error with your order.
